Ivan Hendren
Founder Project Responsibility: Land Acquisition, Deal Sourcing & Negotiation, Financial Feasibility, Planning and Entitlement Years in Practice: 15 Professional Expertise Mr. Hendren works to identify, analyze, and pursue prospective development and acquisition-rehab opportunities. He oversees financial analysis and project underwriting and works in collaboration with Architects for initial conceptual site planning of projects and with the construction team to estimate project costs as well as lenders and investors to ensure the feasibility of each project. Prior to founding Konhoff Company, Mr. Hendren held positions as Land Acquisition Director and Development Manager at Multifamily REIT BRE Properties (NYSE: BRE) where he completed land transactions for over 1,500 market rate apartment units in Southern California. At ROEM Development, Mr Hendren managed the affordable housing (LIHTC) land acquisition and acquisition-rehab departments. Mr. Hendren began his career as a financial analyst in the corporate finance investment banking group of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.
